Jï¿½ ho pï¿½edï¿½val k reklamaci 17.8., 29.8. byl odeslï¿½n z opravy zpï¿½t a celou dobu leï¿½el v Praze. Moï¿½nï¿½, ï¿½e chyba je opravdu v kartï¿½, nevï¿½m, na druhou stranu vï¿½m, ï¿½e Netretail nedodrï¿½el lhï¿½tu 30 dnï¿½, ale pokud bude Samsung ï¿½lapat, tak na to kaï¿½lu! Blbï¿½ je, ï¿½e v pï¿½tek jsem si poï¿½ï¿½dil foï¿½ï¿½k dalï¿½ï¿½, protoï¿½e jsem uï¿½ to jinak, neï¿½ na soud nevidï¿½l a to se mï¿½ï¿½e tï¿½hnout roky a bï¿½t bez foï¿½ï¿½ku? Uchï¿½lila jsem se k napsï¿½nï¿½ emailu (pï¿½t minut po objednï¿½vce), kterï¿½m jsem objednï¿½vku s omluvou ï¿½eï¿½ila. AZ- elektro nereagovala. A zaï¿½ali mi chodit sms o doruï¿½enï¿½ zboï¿½ï¿½ v nï¿½sledujï¿½cï¿½m tï¿½dnu. I pï¿½es mï¿½j dalï¿½ï¿½ email, sms stï¿½le chodila a zboï¿½ï¿½ po tï¿½dnu takï¿½ doï¿½lo. Teï¿½ leï¿½ï¿½ na poï¿½tï¿½. A jï¿½ jsem velmi rï¿½da, ï¿½e jsem si od takovï¿½ta firmy nic nekoupila. | |||

O par dni pozdeji mi dorazil e-mail o tom, ze muj pozadavek prijali a ze k 1.4.2007 dojde k odpojeni sluzby. Jedine ceho jsem si v e-mailu nevsiml bylo osloveni. Bylo jine nez v hlavicce e-mailu, kde bylo spravne jmeno me zeny. V kvetnu si zena vsimla, ze si Karneval stale strhava penize za sluzby. Volal jsem tedy do klientskeho centra kde mi mi bylo zdeleno, ze mi bylo zmeneno zakaznicke cislo (nevim, jak tato informace byla predavana) a ze me puvodni cislo patri nekomu jinemu. Slecna/pani operatorka mi dale zdelila, ze vypovezene zakaznicke cislo (tedy to puvodni) skutecne odpojili, ale vzapeti si zakaznik, ktery nic nevypovedel, stezoval a tudiz ho opetovne pripojili. Nikdo uz ale nezjistoval, kde se stala chyba. Od operatorky jsem tedy ziskal sve nove zakaznicke cislo a napsal reklamacni dopis.: Dobrï¿½ den, dne 15.2.2007 jsem Vï¿½m pï¿½es web-rozhranï¿½ poslal vï¿½povï¿½ï¿½ telekomunikaï¿½nï¿½ch sluï¿½eb, respektive poskytovï¿½nï¿½ kabelovï¿½ televize. Ve formulï¿½ï¿½i jsem uvedl zï¿½kaznickï¿½ ï¿½ï¿½slo tak, jak jsem ho mï¿½l ve smlouvï¿½, tedy 14xxxxx a dï¿½le pak jmï¿½no, pï¿½ï¿½jmenï¿½, adresu a dalï¿½ï¿½ kontakty, kterï¿½ po mï¿½ formulï¿½ï¿½ poï¿½adoval.. Dne 17.2.2007 mi pï¿½iï¿½lo potvrzenï¿½ o pï¿½ijetï¿½ dotazu a dne 6.3.2007 mi dorazilo potvrzenï¿½ o pï¿½ijetï¿½ vï¿½povï¿½di a informace o tom, ï¿½e k odpojenï¿½ dojde 1.4.2007. Z bankovnï¿½ho vï¿½pisu jsem nynï¿½ zjistil, ï¿½e mi je stï¿½le prostï¿½ednictvï¿½m SIPO ï¿½ï¿½tovï¿½na Vaï¿½e sluï¿½ba. Telefonicky jsem tedy kontaktoval Vaï¿½e zï¿½kaznickï¿½ centrum, kde mi mi bylo zdï¿½leno, ï¿½e mi bylo zmï¿½nï¿½no zï¿½kaznickï¿½ ï¿½ï¿½slo a ï¿½e mï¿½ pï¿½vodnï¿½ ï¿½ï¿½slo patï¿½ï¿½ nï¿½komu jinï¿½mu. Jakï¿½m zpï¿½sobem jste tuto informaci svï¿½m zï¿½kaznï¿½kï¿½m pï¿½edï¿½vali, kdyï¿½ se ke mnï¿½ nedostala? Jsem pï¿½ekvapen, ï¿½e jsem schopen nï¿½komu vypovï¿½dï¿½t sluï¿½bu, aniï¿½ by o tom vï¿½dï¿½l. Tedy, ï¿½e nikdo nezkontroluje vï¿½echny ï¿½daje na formulï¿½ï¿½i a nezjistï¿½ nesrovnalosti mezi zï¿½kaznickï¿½m ï¿½ï¿½slem, jmï¿½nem a adresou. Dï¿½le je zajï¿½mavï¿½ dalï¿½ï¿½ skuteï¿½nost. Kdyï¿½ si poï¿½kozenï¿½ zï¿½kaznï¿½k (tedy ten, kterï¿½mu jsem jï¿½ nevï¿½domky vypovï¿½dï¿½l sluï¿½bu) stï¿½uje, ï¿½e mu pï¿½estala bï¿½t dodï¿½vï¿½na sluï¿½ba, nikdo jiï¿½ nezjiï¿½ï¿½uje, jak a proï¿½ k tomu doï¿½lo a nezjednï¿½ nï¿½pravu v plnï¿½m rozsahu. Jï¿½ Vaï¿½i sluï¿½bu jiï¿½ od ï¿½nora neodebï¿½rï¿½m, byt ve kterï¿½m je zavedena, nenï¿½ od ledna do tï¿½to doby ani obï¿½vanï¿½. ï¿½ï¿½dï¿½m proto, aby mi byla sluï¿½ba zpï¿½tnï¿½ k 1.4.2007 vypovï¿½zena a byly mi vrï¿½ceny penï¿½ze za neodebranou sluï¿½bu. Dle informace operï¿½torky pï¿½ipojuji aktuï¿½lnï¿½ zï¿½kaznickï¿½ ï¿½ï¿½slo 314xxxxx. K tomuto dopisu pï¿½ipojuji kopie obou emailï¿½, kterï¿½ jsem od Vï¿½s obdrï¿½el a kopii smlouvy o poskytovï¿½nï¿½ sluï¿½eb. Po cca 40 dnech jsem zacal zjistovat, jak to s moji reklamaci vypada a operatorka mi zdelila, ze v systemu zadnou reklamaci zavedenou nemaji, ale ze to proveri. O par dni pozdeji dorazil dopis od Karnevalu, ze zadnou reklamaci neobdrzeli a za dalsi dva dny jiz dorazil dopis s tim, ze reklamaci prijali a dokonce uznali v celem rozsahu. Priznali mi tedy odpojeni sluzby zpetne k 1.4.2007 a ze si mam pisemne zazadat o preplatek, coz jsem obratem udelal. Zacatkem srpna mi dorazil dalsi dopis s tim, ze potvrzuji prijeti pozadavku k 16.7.2007 o navraceni preplatku a ze to predavaji na fakturacni oddeleni. Po 16.9.2007 jsem se zacal pidit po penezich, v podminkach maji, ze penize vraci do 60 dnu po prijeti pozadavku. Pri komunikaci s operatorkou jsem byl opet nemile prekvapen, nebot mi zdelila, ze mam preplatek pouze za mesic cerven a nikoliv tedy za duben a kveten. Castku jsem tudiz rovnou rozporoval. Bylo mi zdeleno, ze to bude predano na jine oddeleni a budu kontaktovan. Zatim se nic nedeje, tak jsem zvedavy, jestli se ke svym penezum alespon do vanoc dostanu. | |||

Tuto zkuï¿½enost zaznamenal/a dne 2007-10-05 Vladimir Bednar, Vysoke MytoObjednal jsem si v danem obchode klavesnici, s tim, ze na ni budu muset +-3 tydny cekat, cekal jsem mesic, pak jsem napsal firme email, na ktery odpovedela ze se v danem tydnu bude zbozi naskladnovat, do konce tydne vsak zbozi nedorazilo i pres to, ze jiz bylo ve stredu naskladneno a na webu firmy se uvadi, ze zbozi dojde dva pracovni dny od objednani (tudiz naskladneni?). Rozhodl jsem se tedy firmu kontaktovat s dotazem proc / zda zbozi nebylo expedovano, ale na emaily mi nikdo neodpovedel, volal jsem tedy na linku uvedenou na webu, tam mi vsak po 2 hodinach pokouseni nikdo telefon nezvedl. Az kdyz jsem napsal pomoci formulare napiste nam (ktery mimochodem ani neni uplne funkcni) dostal jsem velmi strohou odpoved, ze zbozi je uz udajne vyexpedovano. Naprosto nepripustny zpusob jednani se zakaznikem mne docela prekvapil, tudiz pisu sem aby si ostatni dali pozor.. Firma je seznamena s tim, ze sem pisu... | |||

Je logickï¿½, ï¿½e jsem poï¿½adoval zmï¿½nu. Kdyï¿½ jsem psal Karnevalu e-maily, bylo to na dlouhï¿½ lokty, kdyï¿½ jsem volal, zdï¿½lo se to nï¿½kdy na vï¿½ï¿½nï¿½ ï¿½asy. Prvnï¿½ nabï¿½dka znï¿½la jako ï¿½e bych si nechal karneval zruï¿½it a pak si poï¿½ï¿½dil novï¿½, jenï¿½e by zas pï¿½iï¿½el technik, vï¿½e odmontoval a pak by pï¿½iï¿½el za pï¿½r dnï¿½ znovu, a to mnï¿½ pï¿½iï¿½lo velmi nesmyslnï¿½. Po nï¿½kolika kontaktech s praï¿½skou centrï¿½lou Karnevalu jsme se domluvili (resp. jsem natrefil na jednu velmi ochotnou sleï¿½nu ï¿½i panï¿½), ï¿½e mnï¿½ jen mailem poï¿½lou nï¿½vrh smlouvy na novï¿½ pï¿½ipojenï¿½ a nic ruï¿½it nemusï¿½m. To byla ï¿½leva! Smlouvu jsem 2x vytiskl, 2x podepsal, odeslal, leï¿½ slï¿½benï¿½ a podepsanï¿½ vï¿½tisk pro mne domï¿½ mnï¿½ zatï¿½m nedorazil, byï¿½ je to uï¿½ rok, ale Karneval funguje na novï¿½ rychlosti a za stï¿½le stejnou cenu. Potï¿½enï¿½m bylo, ï¿½e u mï¿½ho tarifu Karneval jeï¿½tï¿½ jednou zvedl pï¿½enosovou rychlost a k domu dodal neomezenï¿½ pï¿½enos dat. V tï¿½to chvï¿½li teprve nastala ta skuteï¿½nï¿½ spokojenost. Na co jsem nereagoval, byly dva nï¿½vrhy smluv, identickï¿½ s tï¿½m, kterï¿½ jsem jako prvnï¿½ obdrï¿½el e-mailem, ale ty dva nï¿½vrhy doï¿½ly asi ve dvou dnech nezï¿½visle na sobï¿½. Inu, ï¿½ekl jsem si, ï¿½e nic nenï¿½ dokonalï¿½, ale od tï¿½ doby uï¿½ spokojenï¿½ uï¿½ï¿½vï¿½m pï¿½ipojenï¿½. Oprava mï¿½la bï¿½t podle mï¿½ banï¿½lnï¿½, asi by staï¿½ilo pï¿½ehrï¿½t software. To byste nevï¿½ï¿½ili, ale od doby pï¿½evzetï¿½ je ticho po pï¿½inï¿½! Tak probï¿½hly dalï¿½ï¿½ dva pï¿½tracï¿½ telefonï¿½ty a byly mi zdï¿½leny dvï¿½ rozdï¿½lnï¿½ ï¿½ï¿½stky. Inu aï¿½ je klid, zved sem tedy opï¿½t trvalï¿½ pï¿½ï¿½kaz dle vyï¿½ï¿½ï¿½ ï¿½ï¿½stky. Po nï¿½jakï¿½ dobï¿½ zapnu poï¿½ï¿½taï¿½ a mrtvo. Tak opï¿½t pokus dovolat se na Karneval, pak nï¿½kolik dalï¿½ï¿½ch a dalï¿½ï¿½ch. Dovolal jsem se na tedy na UPC a tam mi vcelku ochotnï¿½ pani slï¿½bila, ï¿½e to pï¿½edï¿½ nï¿½jakï¿½mu jinï¿½mu oddï¿½lenï¿½ a ti mi zavolajï¿½. Nicmï¿½nï¿½ tato zkuï¿½enost byla jeï¿½tï¿½ prkotina proti tomu, co mï¿½ ï¿½ekalo pozdï¿½ji - v ï¿½ervnu tohoto roku. Z dï¿½vodï¿½ stï¿½hovï¿½nï¿½ jsem chtï¿½l pï¿½eloï¿½it pevnou linku na druhï¿½ konec mï¿½sta. Pro O2 ï¿½ï¿½dnï¿½ problï¿½m - zavolal jsem na zï¿½kaznickou linku a bylo vyï¿½eï¿½eno. S ï¿½Ra to bylo pï¿½esnï¿½ naopak. Pï¿½i rozhovoru na zï¿½kaznickï¿½ lince mi sdï¿½lili, ï¿½e musï¿½m dï¿½t pï¿½semnou vï¿½povï¿½ï¿½ ze sluï¿½by a potï¿½ zaï¿½ï¿½dat o novou smlouvy. Komunikace probï¿½hala pouze s tï¿½mto managerem call centra, kterï¿½ mi nakonec napsal ï¿½e nenï¿½ kompetentnï¿½ tuto vï¿½c ï¿½eï¿½it, ale kontakt na kompetentnï¿½ osobu mi nedal, no on mi vlastnï¿½ nedal ani telefon na sebe - vï¿½e se ï¿½eï¿½ilo mailem. Jedinï¿½ telefon, kterï¿½ mi poskytli bylo na zï¿½kaznickou linku 800 400 200. Pravdï¿½podobnï¿½ celï¿½ vï¿½c skonï¿½ï¿½ stï¿½nostï¿½ u ï¿½eskï¿½ho telekomunikaï¿½nï¿½ho ï¿½ï¿½adu a nï¿½slednï¿½ u soudu - asi mï¿½ to bude stï¿½t vï¿½ce neï¿½ 3000,- smluvnï¿½ pokuty, ale nehodlï¿½m si nechat s**t na hlavu. Pokud svou technickou podporu ï¿½plnï¿½ nezruï¿½ila, pï¿½evedla ji na placenï¿½ linky(16,-Kï¿½/min platï¿½te i za to, ï¿½e Vï¿½m nï¿½co od nich jejich vinou nefunguje, pokud se tedy dovolï¿½te a zrovna Vï¿½m nepouï¿½tï¿½jï¿½ hudbu). Pokud nï¿½co potï¿½ebuji jako napï¿½ï¿½klad dnes, na bezplatnou linku ani na placenou se nemohu dovolat, respektive neustï¿½le mi hrajou a po ï¿½ase to vypadne. Rï¿½da bych mï¿½ stï¿½nosti postoupila nï¿½kam vï¿½ï¿½e, aby se uï¿½ jejich vedenï¿½ trochu probralo! K privï¿½tnï¿½m osobï¿½m jako klientï¿½m, je jejich pï¿½ï¿½stup ï¿½plnï¿½ mimo, prostï¿½ prodajï¿½ a pak na klienty normï¿½lnï¿½ kaï¿½lou.
